Our certification programs are designed to establish consistent competencies and standards for those performing federal contracting-related tasks in their perspective business and or organization. Our training is equivalent to that used to meet the standards for becoming a Federal Contracting Officer. 02Further information about the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics an individual needs to successfully perform acquisition work roles will be discussed in the students orientation class.
NOTE- All Certification Program will simulate actuality bidding and contractor/ government role playing.

Gain a broad understanding of federal contracts, learning the basics of what it takes to procure, negotiate and administer contracts that are binding. Understand the mindset of the team that developed the requirement, their need, their strategy and the intend path for their procurement. Learn of the specific language and terms used in business contracts, the elements of a business contract, the bodies of law that govern business contracts, the various contract types available and how used, the life cycle of a contract from determination of the need to addressing to how must respond to a solicitation.
