Because of our experiences, our instructors are skilled to teach the procurement foundations for any federal procurement agency to include the Department of Defense [DoD] with the support of the agencies supplement , the Code of Federal Regulations, published court cases, bid protests and more. Regardless of the material, each seminar
is taught at a level of which small businesses operate.
Method
This methodology is teacher-student oriented. Seminars and training are offered for well verse or those without a clue, all student leave with the same outcome of knowledge. The methods used include:
Round Table - An open forum; hot button issue of concern to the instructor, and or students
Role Play – Is some cases seminars may require that student be required to role play worked in the shoes of a government representative to better understand typical and situational governments reaction s and /or responses.
Just Do It- Students participate in real live federal procurement with the help of the class and the instructor, submitted to the federal government for evaluation.
Test Yourself- Qualified students participate in a real time federal procurement with the help of the class and their instructor; packaged in submitted to the instructor
and graded by the class.
Case Law-Students are required to break down a GAO protest using the IRAC process, “Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion” structure of legal analysis.
