For more than 15 years, I have supported thru awards, the acquisition, logistics and contractual needs of the Army, the Army Corps of Engineers, and several VISN Region, Veteran Medical Centers.  In most cases these services comprised of three or more states, three major medical facility and another ten in/out patient facilities. This effort required direct assistance, communications, responses, and strategic planning that involved the with the support of various Department Heads, Careline Directors, Program Managers, Facility Chief(s). 

Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, EFAR, VAAR, AGAR, Case Law with GAO principles and concepts, practices, reform initiatives, and policies and procedures.
